Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Some of our GCC partners can pay the deposit in cash. All information written in the required documents when booking the car (we accept the deposit in cash or through the credit card.) Why do I need to sign a rental agreement at the counter?
Rent Now Car Rental operates as a car rental agent connecting customers to car rental companies. The lease agreement you sign with the leasing company is subject to its terms and conditions and the law of the country in which it is leased. Read the terms and conditions of the agreement carefully and make sure you understand (and agree to it). All additional drivers will also need to sign the lease agreement. What is the security I get when renting a car?

You can cancel your booking in the 'My Reservations' section or by sending a cancellation email to booking@rentnow.ae. Or by calling customer service at least 72 hours before the start of the lease. Read the cancellation terms: Bookings that are classified as 'non-refundable' (you cannot modify a non-refundable booking, and you will not receive a refund if you cancel it). - If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before the receipt date, the amount paid to you will be refunded in full - If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before receipt, no refunds will be made. - You cannot cancel your booking if the lease has already begun - No refund will apply for unused rental days. Sign in to My Reservations and check the booking status. We confirm most bookings immediately and within 48 hours at the latest. If you do not receive any confirmation within 48 hours , contact customer service . How do I create an account?
You can easily view and manage all your bookings (previous or current bookings) in your account. Search for 'sign in' at the top of the Rent Now home page , click on it, click '(Create a new account),' enter the required data, email address and password you want to use, and then click register to create an account. Check your account activation with an email you will receive immediately afterwards. How do I make a claim?
You can file a claim and contact our support team by going to the 'Contact Us' section of our website and filling out the form by choosing the right topic.What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
